To participate in Trickster Online: Trickster Online: A New Discovery(¡°Contest¡±), complete the requirements as outlined for valid entry above by collecting Discovery Tickets and enter into a drawing during event period thus completing the requirements for the Contest as stated in the event itself, qualifies entry to the Contest. The Contest winner (the ¡°Winner¡±) must consent to the following restrictions, terms, and rules as stated below to receive all or any prizes related to the Contest. Participants of the Contest, and all or other related events, Contest or other offers related to the Contest, Ntreev USA, Inc. (¡°Ntreev USA¡±), are not required to accept the prizes and awards associated with the Contest, and may be removed from participation, prizes, and rewards at their own discretion as well as sole discretion of Ntreev USA account information and contact information on the related account must be accurate, and valid to the terms, conditions and other policies of Trickster Online and Ntreev USA as stated on the official website at http://trickster.ntreev.net Ntreev USA assumes no responsibility for misdirected or invalid entries, account information, or entries that in anyway violate the terms, conditions, and policies of Trickster Online, or the Winner notified by e-mail must respond within seven (7) calendar days or an alternate Winner will be chosen. Ntreev USA as the Contest sponsor, shall select the Winner on or about the Contest: Between June 24th, 2009 and July 29th , 2009 by the staff of Ntreev USA from among all eligible, and qualified contestants. The Winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone, or regular mail at the sponsor¡¯s discretion. The only entries that will be considered eligible entries are those that successfully and fully complete the event requirements, and contain the required information, and are valid to all conditions stated above. Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of entries received. Void qualification for the prize if a contestant is not eligible. Winners will be asked, after they are selected as Winners to provide mailing information relevant to receiving of their prizes by Ntreev USA. In order to receive the prize, Winners must provide Ntreev USA with accurate mailing information and be available and accepting of all shipping requirements and limitations. All prizes will be shipped to the Winners within approximately 6-8 weeks of the receipt of signed affidavits for approved entries upon. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods or services is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of approximately equal or lesser value if at all. The Winners are responsible for all taxes, including income tax, related to any prize received. Actual retail value of prizes may vary due to market conditions. The Contest is open to all Ntreev USA players; who completed online registration and have a valid Ntreev USA user account; who are at least fourteen (14) years at the time of entry. Multiple entries from any person or email address may become void. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to enter. This Contest is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. By participating in this Contest, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. All submissions become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. WINNER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGE CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED BY PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. By entering the Contest, each Winner grants Sponsor permission to use his or her name, city, state/province, e-mail address, photograph or likeness, voice and entry for advertising, publicity or other purposes without additional consent and compensation except where prohibited by law. Each Winner must be fourteen (14) years or older, and will be further required to submit an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release and confirmation that the Winner has followed the rules of the Contest, in the form supplied by Sponsor (the "Affidavit and Release"), signed by the Winner (if the Winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, the Affidavit and Release must be signed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian with due authority). The Affidavit and Release must be signed and returned within seven (7) days of notification. In the event of non-compliance within this period, an alternate Winner may be selected for such prize. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate Winner (who will be required to comply with similar procedures). In the event of any dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address attached to the Ntreev.net account. Authorized e-mail account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest) the Contest is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or other participation. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any materials in this Contest.
